Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Asia and certain remote areas are excluded from our shipping coverage.
Our Return Promise
Just as our Interlocking Storage Bins provide secure organization, we stand firmly behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Hanging File Folders, Presentation Books, or any other organizational solution, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity, the following cannot be returned:
- Customized products (personalized Pocket & Presentation Folders or imprinted File Folders)
- Opened packages of Filing Accessories or Indexes & Dividers
- Clearance items marked as final sale

Once approved, repackage your items with the same care we use when shipping our Storage Boxes:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all original tags and documentation
- For delicate items like Accordion Folders, use protective wrapping
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For other returns:
- US Customers: Prepaid return label available ($5.95 deduction from refund)
- International Customers: Ship using traceable service (customer responsible for shipping costs)
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Shipping charges (unless defective/wrong item) and any return shipping fees
Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., different color File Pockets & Jackets or size of Report Covers):
- Follow standard return process
- Specify desired replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship new item once return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Filing Folders arrive damaged or you receive the wrong File Sorters:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of damaged items or incorrect products
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedited replacement
